Financing your LyteMods home
A factory-built home is still a home, and most of the same financing paths apply. Here are the routes owners most often use, and where we can help connect the dots.
Construction & renovation loans
Many owners finance a new home or ADU through a construction-to-permanent or renovation loan that converts to a standard mortgage at completion.
Home equity & cash-out
A HELOC or cash-out refinance can fund an ADU using the equity you already have in your property.
Insurance proceeds
For fire rebuilds, your settlement and additional living expense benefits often fund a like-for-like or upgraded LyteMods rebuild.
ADU-specific programs
California periodically offers grants and dedicated ADU financing programs. We'll point you to current options when they apply.
