About this project
Custom, and still all steel.
777 Ocampo is a fully custom home, designed by an outside architect and built by an established Palisades contractor, not one of our standard models. It shows that a custom rebuild is still covered: through our sister company Cal Steel, the TESH operating companies delivered the entire structural steel and light-gauge steel scope behind the build.
That scope runs from the below-grade structure, the basement and its custom curved steel stair system, up through the structural steel and LGS framing of the ground and second floors. The first- and second-floor installs are underway, so this record keeps growing.
